Our idea is to provide a continuous and comprehensive prevention program, with the goal of helping to fight the bad habits that children contract at school and that are often due to excessive eye strain.
We want to help parents learn about the main visual problems, what are their difficulties and what events may be produced, especially during the school work, reading and writing.
A bad posture, wrong holding of a pen and the structuring of an unsuitable visual environment may be causing the child’s needs of a very high amount of visual resources that, in order to be sustained, requires high energy consumption and this generally leads to an inefficient visual.
Proper posture allows the passage of harmonic and economic condition of the static ( distance vision ) to dynamic ( for near vision ), allowing the visual system to put the child in the most appropriate condition to be able to learn to the best of his ability.

Some signs to reduce visual stress
At regular intervals, both children ( and adults ) need to lift his eyes from close work they are doing and look to a distant point for a few seconds. In this way the visual system relaxes and maintains flexibility .
